Roy Bowser Jr - Retired Chief Master Sergeant and Weepoxy Founder

Roy Bowser Jr. is a retired chief master sergeant in the United States Air Force whose military career spanned over two decades of service in operations, logistics, and executive support. During his time in the military, Sergeant Roy Bowser Jr. held a number of senior non-commissioned roles, including senior enlisted aide to the Chief of Staff of the Air Force and chief enlisted manager of the 48th Communications Squadron in the United Kingdom. His assignments frequently involved high-level coordination and support in sensitive environments.

Following his military retirement, Mr. Bowser transitioned into civilian work. He now runs Weepoxy, an epoxy flooring company based in Omaha, Nebraska. As founder and CEO, he oversees day-to-day business operations, drawing on his background in planning and execution to deliver flooring services to both residential and commercial clients. He also works as an independent claims adjuster for Pilot Catastrophe Services, where he has handled property damage claims across multiple states.

Mr. Bowser earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from TUI, graduating magna cum laude. His civilian work history includes roles in guest services, warehouse and parts management, and administrative assistance. He remains affiliated with the Air Force Sergeants Association and continues to stay active through a variety of personal pursuits, including fitness, travel, and home projects.
